Consumer POLICY NOTE for Online sales from www.ralleybikes.com (For order of Bike & Bike + Accessories)


RETURN POLICY: 3 DAYS FREE RETURN ON MANUFACTURING DEFECTS & WRONG/DIFFERENT ITEM DELIVERED


If any manufacturing defect is noticed upon delivery of the bicycle/product, it must be reported to Ralley Bikes via e-mail or call within the Return/Warranty period. Ralley Bikes will provide reasonable assistance in addressing the issue.

For damages that occur during transit, you must inform Ralley Bikes immediately upon unboxing/delivery of the bicycle/product or within 48 hours, providing pictorial evidence of the damage. The bicycle/product must be in unused condition at the time of reporting the damage. Ralley Bikes will forward your complaint to the transit partner and seek a resolution.

If any bike components are not functioning properly, the consumer should have the bike checked at the respective dealer’s store. Ralley Bikes shall provide reasonable assistance in this regard. If there is a manufacturing defect in the component, appropriate action will be taken.

The decision to approve a return of the bicycle/product is solely at Ralley Bikes’ discretion. If a return is approved, all items must be returned in their original condition, along with the original invoice from Ralley Bikes, accessories provided at the time of sale of the bicycle, and the original box with intact packaging. We may contact you to assess the damage or defect in the product before issuing a replacement.

Upon assessment of the extent of damage to the bicycle/product, Ralley Bikes will take all necessary measures to ensure your satisfaction, such as replacing the damaged part or reimbursing the cost of service. If the damage cannot be rectified, Ralley Bikes will process the return of the product and replace the bicycle/product or refund the money paid.

If the items are not returned according to the above-mentioned conditions, Ralley Bikes shall have the right to reject the return pickup.

Any other damages that may have occurred to the bicycle shall be your responsibility. This shall not apply to normal wear and tear, nor to defects, malfunctions, or failures resulting from the abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, accident, or misuse of the bicycle/product. However, Ralley Bikes will advise you on how to rectify the said issue.
